What we collect

When you submit the intake form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, headcount range, the services you are interested in, your budget range, your intended start date and the description of your challenge. We also receive standard technical information that any website collects in server logs, such as browser type and the pages you visited.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a diagnosis or proposal, and keep a record of the work we discuss. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Intake submissions are visible only to the members of our executive team responsible for reviewing and responding to them. Where a specialist or partner needs to see details in order to scope your work, we share only what is necessary for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of client communications, and delete them on request where no legal or contractual obligation requires us to retain them.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies or similar technology to understand how pages are used and to keep the site working properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though some preferences may reset.

Your rights

Access to submitted information is restricted, and data is stored on infrastructure operated by our technology providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
